 This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time.  The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As an Senior Systems Engineer for the Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) located in Urbandale, Iowa, you will: 

  • Identify, define, and document new system capabilities for new programs
  • Provide system level technical leadership to teams as new capabilities get implemented
  • Prioritize functionality to be delivered by development teams       
  • Be the Key Contact for vehicle programs and vehicle teams and participates in program meetings

What Skills You Need


  • 4 or more years of experience with embedded software engineering and/or systems engineering
  • 3 or more years coordinating and aligning organizations to a common goal           
  • 4 or more years of technical experience related to design/diagnostics/troubleshooting of Electrical and Software subsystems or Precision Ag technology (nice to have)       
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and align among multiple stakeholder groups  
  • Strong collaboration and interfacing skills with multiple stakeholders for solution delivery   

What Makes You Stand Out


  • Experience developing software in embedded controllers          
  • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles           
  • Knowledge or experience in Program Management fundamentals           
  • A degree/certificate in Systems Engineering           
  • Product test and/or analysis experience            
  • Advanced degree in engineering discipline           



Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
