Function: Quality Engineering
Title: Part Time Student - Quality Engineering - Des Moines IA - 56177 

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting PDP (Product Delivery Process) activities through the NCCA (Non Conform Corrective Action) system, EETs (Engineering Event Tracking, Temporary Deviations and EPDP process.
  • They will be responsible for reporting and data analysis.

What It Takes

  • Quality Integration Tasks for the Enterprise Product Delivery Process.
  • Corrective action process (8D / 3 Legged 5 Why)
  • Data Analytics (Statistics)
  • Reporting Failure Identification and documentation
  • Agriculture Experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Visio)
  • Pursuing Engineering Degree Quality Certification through ASQ
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
  • Graduation date of December 2020 or later 
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • 16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
  • 35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A strong candidate will also have

  • Failure Mode Effects Analysis
  • Supplier Quality Knowledge
  • Experience Quality Plan Level (QPL)
  • Routing Quality Assessments Knowledge of GD&T
