Your Position:

 

 

Overall Purpose of The Job:

In charge of all credit related issues of division independently. On top of credit limits approval and AR collection by dealer, this position also need to work closely and activate with other function team to find the solutions to control risk for company and support sales as well as possible. Main responsibilities included verifying dealers for credit limits approval and collect AR in divisions. Verifying and assessing complex application for credit limits from dealers and writing the analysis report basing on dealers' financial status and borrowing needs. Provide the recommendation of assigning appropriate credit limit and high-risk dealer strategy to higher level leaders. Be responsible for daily communicate with dealer and related functions about credit limit release, regular AR collections. Support division sales design credit support solutions to support sales. Contribute personal experience and suggestions to internal credit-procedure updates, solving problems, training and giving direction to departmental members.

 

Your Responsibilities:

1. Basing on dealers' credit request and financial status, verifying and assessing more complex application credit limits from dealers, writing analysis report and providing approval or reject suggestions to higher level according to the credit policies established by Credit Department.

2. May review and authorize additional transactions against customer's current credit limit in order to maintain and improve overall performance of portfolio.

3. Work with wholesales operation team to inform dealers of final decisions on their credit application, reviewing dealers' financial status periodically.

4. Developing and keeping good relationships with dealers and JDCI internal departments. Tracking subsidies, marketing information and dealers potential risk information timely. Prepare solutions or suggestions based on information collected. Visiting dealers on the spot periodically, and taking part in dealer meeting. Travels are required.

5. In charge of prepare credit training material and provide on-site training related with credit to dealers or related functions.

6. Contributing personal experience and suggestions to internal credit-procedure updates, solving problem, training and giving direction to departmental members.

7. Perform other work assigned by leaders.

 

What Skill You Need:

1. Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow and key financial ratios. Being good at finding problems in financial statements and writing financial analysis reports in English.

2. Better analysis ability, judgment ability; stronger communication and coordination ability. 3. Always show a proactive attitude, decisive & willing to take responsibility.

4. Perfect computer operation skill (Excel, PPT, Word, SAP, etc.).

5. Bachelor Degree (Master degree is preferred), accounting or finance specialty;

 

What Makes You Stand out:

2. Credit experience or financing experience over 3 years.

 

Education:

The minimum education level is Bachelor degree, Master is preferred.
