Your Position:




Your Responsibilities:

1.Alignment with JDCI strategy, promote finance solution for retail customers

2.Manage dealers for cooperation with JDFL

3.Conduct dealers training

4.Understand customers' credit worthiness and make customer visit

5.Work with collection team to control risk

6. Align with John Deere equipment’s sales team, proactively market and sell JDFL's products and services through close cooperation with designated dealers for continuously growing JDFL's penetration, portfolio and profit.

7. Develop business relationship with dealers / customers and support the finance lease application and risk control through on- farm visits and dealer’s visits, based on fully understanding of customers and dealer’s needs.

8. Prepares materials for and presents dealer training on the use and selling of John Deere finance lease products, tools and programs, and provide process/product introduction and necessary trainings to dealers' management people and staffs;

9. Supervising dealers' role in JDFL business process and regularly review performance of dealers. Initiate action plan to improve overall performance.

10.Monitor the performance of portfolio of JDFL in his/her regions, and assist in collection activities.

11.Obtains and reports on the assigned area-wide general industry information and conditions / pricing, market activity and seasonal conditions for agricultural and construction equipment industry.


What Skill You Need:

1.Understanding of credit products or services and policies. (Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.)

2.Successful negotiating and selling skills. (Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.)

3.Knowledge of dealers and other channels. (Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.)

4.Knowledge of industry appropriate for area of responsibility (markets, products, competitors, customers, distribution trends). (Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.)

5.Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.


What Makes You Stand out:

It is highly preferred for the experience of area sales for Finance Lease company (like finance lease company in the industry of equipment’s) or Auto Finance company or bank.



Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. (University Degree (4 years or equivalent))
