Your Position:
Major Purpose
Major Duties
- Provides multiple data to support collectors and other teams.
- Proceed customers' applications of contract modification, title transfer, termination, and other inquiries, including underwriting and processing modification in system.
- Assists dealers, customers and staff members to answer lease-contract related questions, resolve problems, which could be moderate, more and the most complex.
- Provides dealer statement and customer repayment statement based on the requirement from time to time.
- Assists Supervisor in development of process and system.
- Generate miscellaneous business reports used for daily work within and out of company.
- Answer customer service（400） calls.
Requirements
- Master at standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Access plus intranet and internet functions.
- Oral and written English - Fluent
- Degree in Financial/Economics/Statistics or equivalent experience.
