Your Position:

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

1.Review the quotations made by Dealers and ASM and correct the errors found, so that to improve the accuracy. Guide and review credit files collected by dealers and make it ready for credit underwriting process, so that to improve the overall efficiency.

2.Make the financing quotation to response customer's special requirements to support ASM in sales negotiations, especially with strategic accounts. Maintain quotation tool as per business request.

3.Provide summary report on all stage in sales pipeline from potential, quotation, application, approval, delivery, funding for JDFL internal management purpose. Provide comprehensive finance sales new business and penetration rate analysis on multiple dimensions including by Dealers, Province, ASM, Product Lines and horse power ranges for tactical and strategic decision-making purpose. Also develop new analysis report for sales management purpose.

4.Monitor the implementation of retail financing programs by collect, record, analyze and report the daily sales data and program utilization. Calculate the incentive subsidy balance and alert if balance is using up.

5.Prepare documents and other support for mortgage registration operations.

6.Assist marketing supervisor to order marketing material from vendor, process the payment to vendor.

7.Provide on-site support to marketing supervisor and/or area sales manager in important, nationwide level trade show on behalf of JDFL to response audience's inquiries on retail financing issues. Examples of AG machine trade show, include National Ag Machine Show, Coops Ag Machine Show, Xinjiang Ag Machine show, of C&F Trade show include BAUMA and BICES. Record and archive marketing activities JDFL involves in or takes lead on for further analysis purpose.

8.Have a profound understanding of retail sales related policies, process and procedures including credit requirements, retail merchandizing program parameters, funding conditions and act as a counselling to dealers, area sales managers on retail sales issues. Also serve as a sales consultant for the credit, contract processing, customer service and collection teams within JDFL on dealer, retail market, and sales related issues.

Education:

Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
