Your Responsibilities

 

As a Data Engineer (eCommerce) within the Data & Analytics organization, you will develop, deploy, and continuously improve our Customer 360 product in support of our eCommerce strategy.

 

  • Participate in design review activities to verify and demonstrate high-quality output for the Customer 360 product
  • Execute deployment, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proactively identify innovative improvement ideas and actively participate in strategic roadmap planning

What Skills You Need

 

  • Five or more years of experience with ETL, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing and working with large-scale datasets
  • Five or more years of experience with hands-on technical expertise in Data Engineering (e.g. Apache Spark, Databricks, SQL DB, NoSQL DB, Data Lake concepts)
  • Five or more years of experience leveraging DevOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery/Deployment using tools like Git, Jenkins, etc.
  • Working Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3 etc.
  • Experience with Clean Code, TDD, Peer Reviews and Pair

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience in a related career field
