Your Responsibilities

 

As a Supervisor, Customer Support Engineering for C&F Customer Support Readiness located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will supervise a group of Customer Support Engineering resources including global work direction. In addition, you will: 

 

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of design for serviceability, repairability, and diagnostics
  • Create, maintain, and improve key Customer Support Engineering metrics and standards
  • Serve as a key Aftermarket & Customer Support (A&CS) resource on enterprise community of practice groups

What Skills You Need

 

  • 3 or more years of experience supervising others
  • 4 or more years of experience and knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP)
  • Knowledge of dealer product support capacity and competencies
  • Knowledge of the Aftermarket and Customer Support dealer, customer, and competitive landscape

What Makes You Stand Out

 

  • Previous experience working in an A&CS role
  • Experience leading or designing technology related product features
  • Experience leading global resources
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Systems Engineering Level 3 or above
  • Understanding of the key standards and processes involved in A&CS
  • Graduate degree in Engineering/Technology

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology
