The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities


We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn how John Deere approaches new product development.  Join us in making a difference in the world while gaining valuable business experience! 


As a Part-Time Student-Project Manager for John Deere's Crop Care located in Moline, Illinois, your responsibilities will be to:


  • Work with Program Managers to compile information, analyze reports, and create program summaries
  • Coordinate monthly leadership updates and program schedules
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage SharePoint sites and program reports
  • Quickly learn PowerBI, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc. to manage, troubleshoot & enhance Program Management toolsets

What Skills You Need


  • Pursuing a four-year degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Supply Management, Business or other applicable degree
  • Registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
  • Graduation date of May 2024 or later 
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Ability to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
  • Ability to commute to the work location in Moline, Illinois, approximately two or three days per week
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office products
