Your Responsibilities


As a Part-Time Student-Quality Competency for Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) located in East Moline, Illinois, you will: 


  • Support large projects by applying project management skills including establishing a project plan, setting milestones, facilitationand communication planning.
  • Apply problem solving/engineering skills to apply agile solutions.
  • Gather and analyze quality systems data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Adapt, learn and empower others with use of digital tools utilized to improve business processes.

What Skills You Need


  • Ideally pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Engineering or MIS (Management Information Systems); others may apply
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited university
  • Graduation date of December of 2022 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Available to work during the academic year approximately 16-20 hours
  • Available to work during the summer semester approximately 35-40 hours
