Reporting directly to the Manager, this exciting and wide-ranging role will enable the right candidate to develop a career within a market leading agricultural parts business.



Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Responsibility for maintaining and achieving sales and profitability goals through multiple sales channels and countries across Europe
  • Deliver new business and growth opportunities, conduct customer visits, provide market feedback, and support new Portfolio recommendations
  • Develop sales plans, provide forecasts, and support marketing strategies
  • Provide training to customers on use of systems and processes
  • Regular travel to Europe


To be successful in this role, you will the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working within a regional sales or product support background, preferably from within the agricultural industry but not essential
  • Proven track record of customer support and a knowledge of distribution channels
  • Tactical planning and key account management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and communications skills
  • Foreign language skills would be an advantage but not essential
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
  • Engineering or parts service background is desirable but not essential


The first 26 week of the role will be predominantly office based with the potential for flexible working arrangements in the future.Our total rewards include more than a competitive salary.
