What you´ll Do:

This is a temporary position for 18 months

For the Property investments in Ramos / Saltillo

1. Coordinates the capital budget for products platforms.

2. Records depreciation of fixed assets.

3. Records capitalization of investments (AFEs).

4. Performs the accounting for fixed assets retirements (AFDs).

5. Makes the tracking of AFEs spending balances.

6. Analyzes fixed assets accounts.

7. Prepares property accounts reconciliations.

8. Tracks and coordinates the routing of AFLs.

 

What it takes:

* Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent. (Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance).

* Understands the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure and financial reporting.

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Focus on analyzing.

* Adapting easily.

* Financial acumen.

* English language skills at a conversational level.

* Degree in an Accounting / Finance discipline or equivalent experience

 

DESIRED:

* Desired Fixed Assets accounting experience.

* Good drive to obtain results.

* Good communication skills.

* Basic SAP knowledge..
