The HR Team is looking for a HR & Office Administrator for a temporarily assignment.
Our ideal candidate will be able to start latest
June 2022 and work till mid-January 2023 to help in

covering a maternity leave.

 

 

Human Resources & Office Administrator (m/f/d)  

Your Responsibilities 

  • Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, executing data in the employee time registration, tracking and extracting data and other such activities.
  • Assists in routine staffing activities such as scheduling of various phases of hiring process.
  • Performs and assists in employee training related activities.
  • Assists employees with daily issues such as answering general questions and helping with forms and processes.
  • Maintains confidential data and is able to distinguish when and to whom it can be released.
  • Prepares management reports.


In addition, the HR & Office Administrator will also perform work related to the Reception, which is part of the Horst HR Organization.

  • Greets and welcomes customers, suppliers and guests, determines the nature of visitors’
    business and provides appropriate information
  • Manages all incoming telephone calls, post, deliveries
  • Orders office supplies and maintains office administration
  • Coordinates, orders and provides employees with working clothes
  • Organizes employee events
  • Assists colleagues with special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as needed

 

 

What Skills You Need

  • Background in human resources, secretary, administration or equivalent 
  • ±3 year of experience in a similar role and preferred in a dynamic work environment
  • Service oriented mentality, capability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of Dutch and English language skills, German language skills are preferred
  • Solid Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, to support several individuals at the same time, with attention to details and accuracy
  • Fulltime or parttime availability (min. 32 hours a week)
