Title: Talent and Leadership Development Specialist - 86747



This person will work on a global environment, designing solutions for people development for Latin America teams. She/ he will be part of a team that conducts discussions to build regional solutions for people and teams’ development.

Major Duties

  • Supports the Talent and Succession Planning process, creating solutions for development programs and mapping critical positions for the succession pipeline;
  • Creates strategies to adapt global demands to local reality;
  • Builds strategies to build development programs through local necessities;
  • Designs people development solutions and Leadership Development programs aligned to the company's strategy;
  • Develops Tech solutions to improve the ways of accessing development programs;
  • Strives to improve employee relations through various development programs to welcome new hires, promote teamwork, and improve employee retention;
  • Scale development solutions within the Company such as Train the Trainer programs or those solutions obtained externally;
  • Provides coaching around Development tools working aligned with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify potential developmental solutions and opportunities to close those critical gaps;
  • Provides inputs/recommendations for HR strategic plan regarding Talent & Leadership development initiatives;
  • Provides support about Performance Management and Employees Engagement culture, coaching HR Business Partners and business leaders about these topics.



  • Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Sales or Marketing;
  • Advanced English level is mandatory (writing and speaking skills);
  • Intermediate / Advanced Spanish level (writing and speaking skills);
  • Skills in Agile Methodologies and project management;
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development processes including areas such as presentation skills, assessments tools, andragogy methods, curriculum development and other related topics;
  • Skilled in investigating employee/leadership developmental needs, developing or obtaining appropriate programs or proposing learning opportunities and delivering or coordinating scalable solutions.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles in such areas as strategic planning, resources management, teamwork development and leadership models;
  • Experience implementing enterprise initiatives requiring scalable impact, influence and results;
  • International experience working with global companies;
  • Experience discovering innovative products/programs exploring market options with disruptive solutions;
  • Manage multiple products/projects.
