John Deere Product Support HVC (High Value Crop) is looking for a 



Problem Resolution Specialist - (m/w/d) 



Your Responsibilities:


  • Support our "Small / Specialty" tractors (up to 120 hp, built in Augusta/USA, Pune/India and Rovigo/Italy) in Europe
  • Close collaboration with employees from different global locations and European Branches
  • Coordinate and assist in solving complex technical problems
  • Working with cross functional teams such as product development, marketing, customer support, parts supply
  • Early identification of new issues and root cause analysis, even in the field
  • Product Configuration and Product and System Theory of Operation Training or Help



What Skills You Need:


  • Successfully graduated in mechanical / electrical / agricultural engineering or state-approved technician/master with 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Team and communication skills round your profile
  • Analytical thinking and creativity
  • Solution-oriented approach, even in difficult situations and in dealer and customer interaction
  • Experience in Engine / Transmission / Electrical / Electronics & Hydraulics is desirable
  • Agricultural or agricultural background is beneficial
  • International travel readiness
  • Very good language skills in English, other languages (e.g. French) are beneficial
  • Experience in dealing with PC and standard (MS Office) computer systems
