Your Responsibilities

•    Monitor and manage information technology infrastructure within Microsoft Teams Calling and Voice Services to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment
•    Analyzes information to resolve infrastructure incidents and to understand the root cause of problems. 
•    Delivers infrastructure solutions to meet customer requirements. 
•    Identifies, analyzes, selects and applies new information technology infrastructure components approved through the IT architecture tech stack. 
•    Is a team member on the scrum team, supporting the needs of the team. 
•    Works with other adjacent teams to coordinate work and implement solutions. 
•    Modifies existing components such as configuration, designs, code, or team processes as well as the appropriate documentation.

What Skills You Need

•    Proven experience in the design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment of infrastructure technology solutions 
•    Understanding and skill with scripting / coding
•    Deep experience in Microsoft Teams Calling configurations and support
•    Advanced knowledge in voice carriers, phone system support; Cisco and Teams integrations
•    Good knowledge of data networks, VoIP and server knowledge
•    Experience working in an Agile environment 


•    Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field
