This position will be on the Payroll Agile team delivering solutions for our Payroll Programs. You will participate in all aspects of the Agile team's work which includes software delivery, product configuration, automation, and service management. 


The person filling this position will not be expected to be an expert in all technologies on day one but should come with a strong foundational knowledge and an insatiable desire to learn and grow. 




  • Participate in discussions with the Scrum and Product teams to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements related to Payroll Programs.
  • Develop, code, configure, and test integrations between Deere and ADP. 
  • Deliver, operate, and optimize data systems and integrations using Data Management
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications  
  • Utilize automation techniques to digitalize tasks in situations where system integrations are not possible 
  • Follow industry standard software design methodology for development and documentation 
  • Utilize ITIL practices to provide quality IT services and support 
  • Analyze assignments, and determine software specifications that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives  
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs.

What Skills You Need


  • Demonstrated skills in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions leveraging change management specifically with ADP’s payroll software
  • Understand SuccessFactors Employee Central payroll data and processes such as payment information, recurring payments and compensation information
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll domains
  • Experience creating new custom fields in SuccessFactors Employee Central as needed
  • Experience migrating payroll-related employee master data into SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Exposure to data flows coming from ADP for FICO postings and Compensation
  • Proven experience in data analysis skills using SQL or other relevant techniques
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, change management and auditability/compliance requirements
  • Bonus if exposure to SAP ABAP and SCHEMA
  • Bonus if exposure to Mainframe (JCL, SAS, ESP)
