Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/f)

 

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist for the IT Service team at John Deere, you will be a servant leader of a scrum team, responsible for teaching, coaching, and reinforcing the values and principles of Agile (report to Engineering Manager). In this role you would focus on improving team effectiveness by managing impediments and understanding team dependencies.
 

Enable scrum/kanban team effectiveness aligned with the Scrum Guide
Educate the team and the organization about Agile principles and benefits
Coach the scrum team to work effectively as a self-managed, cross-functional team
Drive team-level improvement as part of the Agile process
Work on continuous improvement projects including implementation and documentation

 

 

 

What Skills You Need:

 

Being people-oriented and passionate about developing others' skills and capabilities
Great communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Successful facilitation skills
Long-term experience in overcoming roadblocks (technical and business) for teams
Ability to develope productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders
Practical knowledge of Scrum within an Agile working environment
Experience in creating and executing Release Plans across multiple teams
3 or more years of translating technical concepts into non-technical term
Deep technical knowledge how to coordinate & deliver technical solutions
Fluent English –mandatory, good German – nice to have
