Due to the development of HR department in John Deere Polska we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

 

Human Resources Generalist M/F

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

(umowa na okres roku z możliwością przedłużenia/

umowa na zastępstwo)

 

 

Major duties:

 

  • Coordination of activities regarding students’ internships (documentation, onboarding, data collection, regular meetings)
  • Review and update of job descriptions
  • Updates in SAP Success Factor and working with systems (including HR sharepoint site)
  • Perform activities within Human Resources to support processes such as compensation and benefits, employee documentation, legal compliance and employee communication
  • Act as point of contact and providing information to employees and managers regarding HR related questions and issues
  • Supporting coordination of recruitment projects in cooperation with hiring managers and recruiting team
  • Build engagement of the employees and positive candidate experience
  • Preparation HR reports for different internal and external parties
  • Cooperation with external and internal suppliers in the HR area

 

 

What It Takes

 

  • Minimum 6 months of experience within HR area, international environment will be a plus
  • Communicative English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources principles and procedures in such areas as Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Driving license cat B. (nice to have)
  • Openness, sense of humor, flexibility
