Process Improvement Specialist (m/f)  

 

 

The general task of a Process Improvement Specialist will be executing the Continuous Process Improvement strategy in the Regional People Operations Department, in collaboration with the Regional and Unit HR Departments, HR Managers, IT, Product Owners, Supply Management, and other divisions across the EMEA region. 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and executing the CPI strategy for the regional HR organization, with the main area of responsibility around HR Operations, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition, 

  • Investigating, analyzing, and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and procedures, re-engineering the existing processes in place, identifying and applying the appropriate methodology to support such activities, 

  • Defining appropriate KPIs and setting up a monitoring system for performance and continuous improvement, 

 

What It Takes:  

Essential 

  • Previous experience as a Process Improvement Specialist in developing and implementing CPI strategies in a high-volume environment to support business goals, 

  • Previous work experience in Shared Service environment with multidisciplinary project scope, a proven track of implemented Continuous Improvement solutions using Lean, Kaizen and/or Six Sigma and Process Management skills, 

  • Good knowledge of analytical & business intelligence tools and system management skills 

Desirable 

  • Experience in working with HR processes, databases, and workflows 

  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification 

  • Practical experience with Agile Project Management
