In accordance with the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center office in Poznan we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Location: Poznań




Your Responsibilities:


  • Recruiting, sourcing and screening candidates in order to fill various internal roles like interns, entry-level and senior positions across EMEA with the main focus on French and Polish market
  • Working on Continuous Improvement of the Talent Acquisition processes
  • Supporting Employer Branding activities across the region
  • Assessing customer needs, collaborating with functional/unit contacts to ensure equitable and efficient hiring practices,
  • Participating on assigned operations within the staffing project team for the purpose of improving operational effectiveness and adding value for our enterprise customers,
  • Sharing best practices with the department team members in order to maintain required service level,
  • Producing timely and accurate information and reports, managing data and updating the system


What It Takes: 


  • University Degree, preferable in Human Resources,
  • Fluency in English and French both written and spoken, fluency in any other European language would be of benefit,
  • Recruiting experience including proficiency in interviewing tools and techniques, employment legislation surrounding recruiting and workforce planning,
  • Experience managing European/Polish end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers,
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders,
  • An analytical mind, attention to details and practical approach,
  • Previous work experience in Shared Service roles, a proven track of implemented Continuous Improvement solutions and Process Management skills would be a great advantage.
