Your Position:

Major Purpose

Supervises data management activities within the Supply Management function to ensure the integrity, accuracy and quality of data. Supports and leads implementation of tools and/or software to automate processes and assist in understanding suppliers' performance, cost management, quote process and activity documentation.

Major Duties

May provide work direction to others in the department.
Develops, implements and improves Supply Management processes to support the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process and Enterprise Product Delivery Process.
Ensures integrity, accuracy and quality of the data used to support internal and external compliance in supply management.
Develops, builds and maintains supply management data and metrics for the team.
Leads implementation of processes, systems, tools, standards and systems audits for supply management. Acts as the supply management representative to implement systems and processes at new sites.

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge

Knowledge and application of Supply Management Processes and tools.

Knowledge of unit processes and operations.

Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process.
