Title: Engine & Cooling PV&V Engineer - 87466

Your Position:

Major Purpose

Performs basic product design, testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.

Major Duties

Execute Cooling system and HVAC functional area related tests to make sure the proper application of cooling system and HVAC system for Loaders and Excavators

Execute the vehicle level and critical component level tests

Analyze field test and components test data, complete Vision report.


Good Knowledge with Cooling system and HVAC system

Good understanding on Customer application regarding Loaders and Excavators

Experience on Cooling and HVAC design or test

Familiar with the test equipment and test instruments, such as, e-DAQ, pressure sensors and thermocouples.

Product engineering experience related to cooling system and HVAC system 3- 5 years.

English Skill.


Good knowledge with application on Construction machinery

Familiar with Customer expectation on Engine Cooling and HVAC system

Knowledge with Engine Cooling testing and HVAC testing


At least Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent). Master’s degree is preferred.

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge

Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.
Skill in using company information systems and processes.
Understanding of engineering principles as they relate to the company product
Fundamental understanding of machine forms relevant to the specific job assignment and Company division/unit. Knowledge/familiarity with machines manufactured by competitors.
Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Enterprise Technology Development process (ETDP) and/or Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP).
