ME, WELDING

Duties

• Provides support and troubleshooting for current operations. 
• Investigates, gathers and analyze data and implement solutions.  
• Support capacity planning and productivity improvement activities in weld department.
• Be able to develop welding technical process, welding fixture concept design, material flow optimization etc.
• Strong sense of 5S & IE and Lean, quality management or team management skill is a plus.

Required

• Good knowledge and experience of arc welding and welding related defect.
• Be able to read welding drawing and familiar with GD&T; Able to promptly address production issue on site.
• Skillfully use a variety of office software such as office and CAD& Pro/e, able to summarize and analyze the production data.
• Be able to develop welding technical process, welding fixture concept design, material flow optimization etc.
• Strong sense of 5S & IE and Lean, quality management or team management skill is a plus.

Desired

• Experience with arc welding & welding related defect.
• Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Experience with office software such as office and CAD& Pro/e, able to summarize and analyze the production data.
• Experience with SAP.

Education

• Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanical engineering or welding engineering.
• Min. 5 years working experience on construction machinery welding engineer position.
• Be good at both written and oral English.
