Your Position:



Your Responsibilities:

1.Works with channel partners/end users to capture their retail and lease business, utilizing John Deere Financial (JDF) product tools, payment calculators and product pricing models.

2.Obtains ongoing commitment of dealers/merchants to maximize use of John Deere Financial services to increase retail sales of goods and services in an assigned territory;

3.Provides follow-up service and training to the dealers/merchants to consistently achieve or exceed established individual/company objectives. Serves as a liaison between channel partners and JDF in resolving issues in the business relationship.

4.Informs and counsels dealer/merchant personnel regarding new marketing and/or product programs. Conducts dealer/merchant sales meetings and provides training to dealer/merchant personnel on John Deere Credit (JDC) policies.

5.Establishes and maintains positive relationships with C&F dealers, merchants, manufacturers' personnel.

6. Administers pricing exception requests and resolves product service and performance issues with channel partners/customers. Communicates with office staff regarding market concerns and customer issues to support profitable growth of the business.

7. Provides information regarding competitive product and market developments. Makes recommendations for consideration based on conditions found in assigned territory. 8)Represents John Deere Financial (JDF) at trade shows, conventions and at John Deere Branch annual, division and territory meetings.


What Skill You Need:

1.Basic computer/outlook/office skills, driver license, good interpersonal network skill, team work spirit, knowledge and experiences of financial leasing

2.Strong oral and writing communication skills

3.Ability to manage time and multiple tasks

4.Can work under medium-to-high pressure

5.3+ years' experience in construction machine leasing industry is desired, sales background preferred.;



Bachelor’s degree or above
