For our Luxembourg location we are looking for a:


Information Security Analyst

As part of our IT & Product Organization, you will ensure that John Deere Financial’s data and systems are protected and in compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements, as well as established IT Risk & Security Management policies and standards.


Your major duties will be to: 

•    Coordinate and execute 1st Line of Defense reports and assessments for the internal control functions, executive managers and/or regulators.
•    Support the execution of an effective control assurance and monitoring framework in the 1st Line of Defense.
•    Perform security administration on various platforms and systems in compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements, established IT Risk and Security Management policies and standards, and standard operating procedures.
•    Monitor and review Access Management for applications containing Luxembourg confidential data.
•    Support internal/external audits and ensure timely and accurate response for requests for information.
•    Identify, perform, and review controls for outsourced applications in partnership with internal stakeholders & product teams.

Skills we are looking for:

•    4+ years of experience in information security management, ideally in the financial industry
•    Knowledge of general legal and regulatory frameworks in the financial industry, e.g. EBA Guidelines and the respective CSSF implementation 20/750 or 22/805, DORA, NIS2, and industry standards like ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST, ITIL or COBIT
•    A technical background (e.g. Infrastructure, Software Development, etc.) is preferred
•    Certifications like CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CISA are considered an advantage
•    Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written)
•    University degree in IT, business informatics or equivalent work experience
