Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Engineer with in the Global Small Tractor and High Value Crop Product Support Team you will be responsible for lifecycle solutions development impacting Saltillo tractors and Ramos loaders.  You will play a critical role in ensuring that we deliver a distinctive support experience for all of our customers. In this role, you will be challenged to onboard efficiently and contribute to transforming our business within the following areas:

  • Engage in early product delivery processes - ADP, ETDP, ISDP, EPDP.
  • Define and communicate customer and product support requirements for production systems, technology stack and lifecycle solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop ideas into solutions that achieve uptime, customer experience, serviceability, repairability and maintainability goals.
  • Gather voices of the customer and dealer as an input to product design through analysis of customer experience surveys, market research, warranty and DTAC data.
  • Conduct benchmarking to understand product, competition and state of the art technologies from other industries".

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working with production systems and/or engineering to develop technical solutions.
  • Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of Customer Support Processes.
  • Diagnostics, prognostics and troubleshooting experience.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP), ETDP, ISDP and EPDP.
  • Experience developing business cases and conducting financial analysis (i.e. DCF).


  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent).
