Your Position:
Major Purpose
Supports strategies implementation in sales to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth. Administers tactical programs of the assigned product line(s) and assists in the development of overall sales plans and programs. Tracks and analyzes sales performance and trends in terms of volume and share. Contributes to sales and marketing plan development and modification.
Major Duties
- Supports the R1 Boldly Connect strategy implementation in sales, assists in the development of the plans and programs.
- Supports ongoing sales activities with assigned customers group or objective, to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Works with ISG China & Tactical to develop the annual marketing plans for ISG products and technology, and to deploy in sales divisions.
- Conducts studies to track and analysis the opportunities for the sales growth in a targeted market or segment.
- Implements tools, systems, or digital platforms in sales.
- Organizes sales events specific to the assigned target.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Customer Acquisitions Process (ECAP). - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
- Understanding of market segmentation and retail distribution systems. - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
- Knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
- Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Experience
- Sales/marketing experience. – Over 3 years
- Field experience with regular customer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network, limited geographic area of responsibility, and broad product knowledge. - 1 - 3 years
- Project management experience. – Less Complex Project
- Demonstrated team leadership experience. – 1-3 years
- Product development or PVV experience – Nice to have
Education
- Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
