Deere & Company is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field plus 7 years related experience. Required skills: Design and deliver front end and backend for the application to lead full stack development efforts (7 yrs); Design and build software, data architecture and software applications for developing high performance applications (7 yrs); Design and deliver data engineering pipelines, cloud based and on-prem APIs for developing data centric solutions (7 yrs); Experience in a leadership role to mentor junior engineers and lead engineering practices (3 yrs); Software Engineering experience using Scrum based agile methodology (7 yrs).
