Intern Dealer Business System (m/f/d) 

 

The Dealer Business Systems (DBS) team is responsible for developing a customized business system specifically for John Deere dealers. We collaborate with outside partners to utilize the very latest in Microsoft Dynamics solutions to create a system that enables dealers to run more efficiently and grow their businesses.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Experiment with new technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform to find new ways to help dealers improve their businesses. 
  • Support the team to develop marketing and communication material to promote the DBS solution.
  • Create and document standardised processes to support user training and deployment.
  • Work with dealers to gather system requirements and provide input to product roadmap planning.
  • Support the team preparing product feature user stories.

 

What Skills You Need: 

  • Business or Informatic Student at a university
  • An affinity for technology and a curious mindset to see how new technologies can be applied in the business world.
  • Good business acumen with general business administration skills – knowledge of John Deere business an advantage.
  • Process oriented
