Your Responsibilities


As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator for John Deere Sales & Marketing in Cary, NC or Olathe, KS, you will...


  • Research, analyze and respond to mass channel inquiries by utilizing Deere systems and communicating with factory/supplier contacts. 
  • Assist mass channel partners with orders, cancellations, and equipment configurations using on-line tools.
  • Train and counsel dealers and mass channel partners on product availability, mass channel incentives, missing parts, damaged goods upon arrival, and other mass channel processes.
  • Effectively document mass channel partner, dealer, and/or company personnel interactions and issues relating to area of responsibility utilizing a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) tool.
  • Support projects within Mass Channel and Turf and Utility Go-to-Market Teams and other areas of the business as needed.

What Skills You Need


  • One or more years of experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment 
  • Effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills  
  • Proficiency using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word plus intranet and internet functions  
  • Ability to manage competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and promptly respond to customer issues 

What Makes You Stand Out


  • One or more years of experience using SAP 
  • One or more years of work experience in a team environment 
  • One or more years of experience in a call-center type environment
  • Knowledge of Order Fulfillment processes 
  • Knowledge of dealer and other channel processes 
  • One or more years of administrative experience such as scheduling, planning, utilizing office equipment, and other such clerical activities  



Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Administration, or like disciplines or equivalent work experience
