Your Responsibilities


As a Product Manager for the John Deere Digital Shop team, you will lead our efforts to evolve our eCommerce solution into new areas. In addition, you will:


  • Own the delivery of a highly visible, crucial solution for meeting our long term business goals
  • Gather requirements to develop a roadmap and prioritized backlog to maximize customer and business value
  • Collaborate with Global business stakeholders, engineering teams, and other product teams
  • Use Agile methodology to define product functionality and priorities
  • Communicate with Group Product Manager(s) to ensure alignment across products in multiple product families
  • Understand technical topics at a conceptual level as well as the systems and data that enable major capabilities

What Skills You Need

  • 3 or more years of experience in product management or requirements intake
  • 3 or more years of working in MarTech, particularly eCommerce, PIM, and CMS
  • 3 or more years of experience in a building rapport quickly, building relationships, team collaboration, etc.
  • 3 or more years of experience in ongoing learning, development, and innovation
  • 3 or more years of experience delivering formal and informal presentations and providing ongoing communication and follow-up, etc.
  • Experience and willingness to operate in Agile delivery framework
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% with overnight stays

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in Information Technology and software development practices
  • Experience using Rally, Jira, Confluence, and other Agile prioritization and knowledge management tools
  • Understanding of User Experience tools and methodologies
  • Experience with Dealers and/or Customer and working knowledge of their processes
  • Ability to use analytics to drive better business insights


Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following;

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business/Management/Marketing
