Your Responsibilities
As a UX Lead - Human Resources for John Deere's Enterprise Information Technology team located in Chicago, IL, you will:
- Leverages user experience research insights and recommendations to accelerate discussions and decisions early in the product development process.
- Applies internal/external standards and best practices to create tangible visualizations that serve as the blueprint for product team to turn a concept into a solution, while ensuring they stay consistent with brand standards.
- Work at this level is highly complex, covering many user classes and personas, which may involve creating new user classes and personas.
- Designs cover multiple products/components across multiple platforms, often spanning divisions, and enable highly complex and often concurrent user interactions.
- Leads and/or participates in the creation of the user experience (UX) strategy and standards for a broad set of related solutions.
- Actively works to share knowledge across workgroups.
- Mentors and coaches less experienced UX Designers.

What Skills You Need
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions in collaboration with UX Lead related to features and develop user-centered system requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities for a variety of projects of highly automated systems
What Makes You Standout
• Three or more years of experience communicating research methodology, design concepts, data analysis, and test results to a broad range of stakeholders
• Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes
Education
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction / Visual Design, or related field discipline or equivalent experience
