Your Responsibilities

 

As a Supply Management Specialists located in Coffeyville, KS, you will:

 

  • Desk Coverage- 1588 parts- 8.8M Inventory

  • Develops and executes inventory plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals

  • Resolves shipping, receiving, invoicing and payment problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments.

  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, measures the performance of the supplier and defines corrective actions, obtains assistance from other functional representatives as appropriate

  • Responsible for delivery and supplier performance and establishing appropriate material replenishment process. 

  • Coordinates and leads efforts to address chronic supplier performance issues

  • Supports The Engineering Change Management (ECM) process so design changes and product improvements are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner

  • Daily Conference calls with suppliers as required
