We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our ANZ Customer Support Operations team and help deliver world‑class performance and uptime to our dealer network and customers.
This is a field‑based role, preferably located in Brisbane, though applicants across the Eastern states of Australia are welcome. Domestic and some international travel is required.

The Opportunity
As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll diagnose complex issues, support product performance and help shape improvements that influence future machine design.
You will:
- Lead the development and execution of the Product Support Plan for your product lines (Application equipment & Planters)
- Travel to dealer and customer sites to investigate complex product issues beyond DTAC capability
- Analyse data (DTAC, warranty, parts sales, telematics, field reports) to identify emerging issues and support problem resolution
- Contribute to corrective action programs (NCCA) and Product Improvement Programs (PIPs)
- Support DTAC during busy seasons by taking cases and providing advanced technical support
- Deliver technical training to internal teams, dealers and customers
- Provide expert in‑field product optimisation and feedback to factories, engineering and product teams
- Review technical publications and support new product programs, EDPR teams and technical accuracy
About You
You’re someone who thrives on solving problems, working with advanced machinery and technology. You are a self-starter who can work autonomously and independently in challenging environments.
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to interpret schematics, understand theory of operation and diagnostic procedures
- Experience with CAN‑bus systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work both autonomously and in team environment
- Strong communication skills, with clarity in both written and verbal communication
- Experience in agricultural equipment, farming operations, and precision Ag technology
- Experience in agricultural or heavy equipment service operations
Education / Background
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or related fields – or equivalent hands‑on experience
