About The Role:
We’re looking for a Sales, Pricing & Marketing Analyst to support the business through a combination of data‑driven insights and hands‑on delivery across pricing, incentive programs, sales reporting and marketing initiatives.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and likes partnering with stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain pricing and marketing activities that deliver practical, commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll support John Deere Financial sales and marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand by providing data‑driven insights and analysis.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain high quality reports and performance insights across product performance, profitability and key metrics to support Sales & Marketing objectives and business planning
- Conduct market and industry analysis, incorporating economic and financial data to support informed decision making and understanding of financial and agricultural trends
- Analyse the performance of John Deere Financial products, identifying opportunities across sales, pricing, marketing, communication and product development
- Contribute to idea generation and business case development to support Sales and Marketing growth initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of pricing programs, incentives and commercial initiatives
- Create, deliver and monitor marketing activities designed to support sales growth, including measuring effectiveness and outcomes
- Analyse market and channel feedback to identify customer needs, including tracking competitor products, pricing and fee structures
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects that support continuous improvement and evolving business needs
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with curiosity, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships across the business.
You’ll bring:
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports and performance metrics
- Experience analysing data across pricing, sales or marketing environments
- A highly analytical, detail oriented mindset where accuracy and quality matter
- Ability to translate data into clear, practical insights for non technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across Sales, Marketing and Finance
- High levels of self management, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work independently
- A motivated, proactive approach with clear ownership of outcomes
You’re someone who:
- Is solution focused and enjoys improving how things are done
- Is comfortable influencing without formal authority
- Is curious, adaptable and keen to learn and extend your professional network
Nice to have:
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience in OEM, financial services, agribusiness or other complex environments
- Interest in automation, AI or new ways of generating insights from data
