Your Responsibilities
As a Supply Management OFP Specialist for Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve quality and delivery performance. Lead initiatives to resolve chronic supplier issues
- Develop and manage supplier and part inventory plans to mitigate risk while maintaining asset targets. Support the negotiation of supply agreements as needed
- Proactively manage material flow to support production schedules and variations throughout the product lifecycle
- Independently analyze supply chain data using established tools and formats to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Contribute to process reviews and generate ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supply management operations
- Monitor and resolve daily critical and delinquent part issues to ensure timely availability of quality parts for production
- Partner with internal teams—including Production, Quality, and Engineering—to align supply strategies with business needs

What Skills You Need
- Supply Management experience
- Experience with SAP and Supply Chain Analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent people, communication and relationship management skills
- Experience analyzing information to make sound business decisions
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%
What Makes You Standout
- 2 or more years of experience in Supply Management
- 2 or more years of experience with SAP and Supply Chain Analytics tools
- Project Management experience
- Experience participating in a cross-functional team
- Planning or Logistics experience
- Inventory Management experience
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Management, Business/Management, Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent related work experience
