Deere & Company is seeking a Staff Vehicle Software Systems Engineer in East Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 7 years related experience. Required skills: Experience working with embedded controller software on Agriculture equipment (5 yrs); Technical experience relating to design/diagnostics/troubleshooting of Electrical and Software subsystems or Precision Ag technology (7 yrs); Analyze and develop Embedded Systems and Software requirements for Agriculture equipment (5 yrs); Experience developing software in embedded controllers using C and MATLAB/Simulink (7 yrs); Implementation, analysis, and diagnostics experience of CAN systems with CAN tools like CANalyzer (5 yrs); Product test and analysis experience focused on Model-In-Loop, Software-In-Loop, Hardware-In-Loop and on Vehicle Testing (5 yrs). Up to 25% remote work allowed. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
