 (Technical Advisor - Agricultural Parts)


Permanent Contract

Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

This full-time position is part of a committed and hardworking team within our existing sales department that provides first class frontline customer services and support to our UK and Irish customer base and field sales teams.  The roles primary focus is to provide technical support for parts identification and enquiries, but will also include customer service support, order processing, and some account management.



The successful candidate will need:


  • Agricultural  / construction  industry and machinery / parts background is essential.
  • A ‘customer first ‘attitude and approach to working.
  • The ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • The ability to adapt.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with good organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Attentions to detail and good time management skills
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • A good level of IT literacy, including MS Office Suite
  • Experience of AS400 systems would be advantageous.
  • Analytically minded and good at problem solving.


Applicants will need to demonstrate previous experience and knowledge of working in a fast-paced customer driven environment. You will be customer focused, enthusiastic and have a flexible attitude, with the ability to prioritise and manage a workload effectively.


Key responsibilities will be:


  • Provide technical support and parts identification to internal and external customers.
  • Proactively dealing with all manner of enquiries relating to customer service.
  • Interaction with reproting to product and Quality Control teams to close information and product gaps.
