Main Responsibilities

  • This role plays a pivotal part in several high-impact areas, including:
  • Investigation and resolution of warranty claims
  • Implementation of warranty cost-reduction initiatives
  • Execution of cost-reduction and supplier resourcing projects
  • Maintenance and reporting of FPM (Focused Performance Metrics)
  • Technical support for aftertreatment (AT) components across multiple global manufacturing sites
  • Once warranty issues and solutions are resolved, execute design and drawing activities with precision and expertise, ensuring seamless integration into production.
  • Projected Workload. The position is expected to continue supporting :

  • Driving cost-reduction strategies and warranty optimization.
  • Providing engineering support for engine modules with diverse technical specifications.
  • Leading the integration of complex electronics manufacturing and testing processes into product development.
  • Supporting the deployment of new aftertreatment system solutions, which presents significant technical and operational challenges due to:
  • Increased system complexity and tighter emissions regulations.
  • The need for precise calibration and validation across multiple engine platforms.
  • Coordination with global suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless implementation.

What Skills You Need

  • 3 years of experiencie in Mechatronics Expertise: Strong interdisciplinary foundation in mechanical, electronic, and understanding of control systems engineering.
  • CAD Design Proficiency: Skilled in 3D modeling and technical drawing using industry-standard CAD software.
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Capable of performing structural, thermal, and dynamic simulations to validate design integrity.
  • Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt or higher, with proven experience in process improvement and quality control methodologies.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex engineering issues using structured problem-solving tools.

  • Active role in supplier resourcing and localization, supporting cost and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Leadership in PRCT (Problem Resolution and Corrective Tracking), ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Specialized expertise in aftertreatment systems, positioning the role as a key contributor to the success of next-generation technology.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic, electromechanical, Mechanical.
