Main Responsabilities
- Negotiate payment commitments, payment plan modifications and recommend repossessions according to established policies and procedures, including telephone collections, account authorization, billing and account management.
- Manage assigned territory and multiple stakeholders to maintain low levels of delinquency and ensuring customer service.
- Review credit bureau reports, customer payment history and relevant market information to determine the customers ability to meet payment obligations.
- Recommend and/or authorize repossessions or deferrals using knowledge of collateral values and input from dealers and customers.
- Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to create a call plan and to ensure that the organization has quality data.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

- Proficiency in telephone collections and account management.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer relationships to resolve outstanding issues and maintain positive client interactions.

- Experience in reducing delinquency rates and effective collection strategies.
- Experience with credit software and Office tools.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards.
- A background in customer service or sales.
Education
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
