Major Responsabilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities engineering and maintenance work for complete projects or plant infrastructure, production equipment, and large-scope processes.
  • Lead internal teams and suppliers, acting as a technical reference.
  • Manage projects under EPDP and OFP, assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work of engineers, support, and contract personnel.
  • Provide technical consultation and serve as a knowledge base for specific processes.
  • Contribute to the design of engineering solutions, supervise feasibility testing, and validate engineering outcomes.
  • Analyze information, draft standards and specifications, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Conduct inspections to assess the quality and integrity of installations, specifying corrective actions as needed.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing and materials processes, optimizing cost and quality.
  • Identify shortcomings and propose improvements to processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Resolve queries from internal and external customers or suppliers regarding complex processes and related policies.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities and industrial maintenance.
  • Experience coordinating teams.
  • Technical leadership and ability to act as a reference in critical processes.
  • Capacity to manage complex and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience with technology and computational programs such as AutoCAD, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps.
  • Experience in construction, structural or architectural topics, as well as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.
  • Experience in general services, infrastructure, fire protection systems, alarms, machinery installations, etc.
  • Proactivity in identifying and solving operational problems.
  • Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
