Main Responsabilities
- Maintain and update the asset register, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and depreciated accorded to tax regulations.
- Coordinate regular audits of physical and intangible assets to verify their existence and condition.
- Ensure proper capitalization and disposal of assets, according to accounting principles.
- Prepares and analyze financial information such as reconciliations, manual entries and monthly reports, ensuring proper approvals are in place while validating correct accounting rules are followed.
- Work with cross functional departments to resolve issues and determine root cause.
- Performs various accounting assignments requiring knowledge of Business Unit, Company Policies and Accounting Theory.
What Skills You Need
- Understanding of the Accounting fundamentals, such as Fixed Assets, debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.
- Microsoft Excel Advanced.
- SAP.
- English Advanced.
- Self-Driven and Communication.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge of data analytics apps is a plus (Power Apps, Power BI, etc)
Education
- Accounting and Finance or related
Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
