Main Responsabilities

  • Dictar capacitación a concesionarios/distribuidores de Hispanoamérica, empleados de la compañía y clientes.
  • Gestionar materiales y recursos necesarios para el dictado de capacitaciones.
  • Colaborar en la ejecución de procesos internos en función de las necesidades organizacionales.
  • Gestionar servicios externos de capacitación, interactuando con proveedores.
  • Investigar sobre materiales de capacitación complementarios para profundizar en el conocimiento en áreas específicas de productos, sistemas de máquinas, habilidades profesionales y aplicaciones de productos.
  • Utilizando los canales apropiados, facilitar información de capacitación a los concesionarios, personal de la Compañía y clientes en relación con el contenido y el dictado.
  • Validar, confeccionar, adaptar y mantener actualizados los materiales y equipos de capacitación, herramentales, simulaciones y ejercicios prácticos presenciales y remotos.

What Skills You Need

  • Conocimiento en soporte técnico/diagnóstico de maquinaria agrícola/industrial.
  • Conocimientos Agronómicos y/o maquinaria agrícola.
  • Proactividad y capacidad de autogestión.
  • Capacidad de transmitir conceptos y conocimientos a un aula heterogénea.
  • Flexibilidad para adecuar el mensaje y contenido en función de la audiencia.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experiencia como instructor técnico o técnico.
  • Habilidades comunicacionales orales y escritas, presenciales y virtuales.
  • Actividad docente en niveles secundarios o superiores.

Education

  • Ingeniería o tecnicatura en industrias afines como Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Industrial o afines.
  • Conocimiento de idioma:  inglés intermedio/avanzado, Portugués básico/intermedio.
