Main Responsibilities
- Provides follow up service and training to JDF dealers/merchants to consistently achieve or exceed company objectives, Delivers training to channel partners, company employees or customers. Serves as liaison between channel partners and JDF resolving issues in the business relationship.
- Works with Channel partners /end users to capture their retail and lease business, revolving business/accounts receivables and/or operating business utilizing JDF product tools , payment calculators, and product pricing models analyzing profitability.
- Initiates and coordinates market studies on various products in a variety of markets. Coordinates the collection of the analysis of market/channel feedback to identify customer needs.
- Supports the development of new and existing products and markets through research, forecasts, pricing, etc and identifies opportunities for new business and growth ideas.
- Manages the planning, organizing, and communicating of database knowledge/analysis to management in order to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Gathers and interprets business requirements, designs the User Interface (UI) architecture, interaction flows and aesthetics of Web applications and Web pages.
