Main Responsabilities

Responsible for operational analysis and changes to improve credit quality, service quality, productivity, compliance and economic value for a unit encompassing multiple departments and product lines. Conducts research designed to evaluate the merits of operational changes and creates specific proposals relating to credit and customer management service delivery.

  • Conducts research, evaluates the merits of operational changes, creates specific proposals and actionable projects relating to credit and customer management service delivery.
  • Compiles and analyzes market, operations and customer data for projects, supervisors and managers.
  • Assists in improving operational use of technology and techniques and participates in installation.
  • Assists in development and review of reports to measure performance of operations within the business lines.
  • Analyzes historical transaction and customer detail to identify trends, implications and customer behavioral patterns.
  • Identifies, scopes and facilitates small to medium size process improvement projects in order to drive productivity gains and improve quality and consistency of products, systems and services.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Expertise in databases, indexing, metadata, and information analysis and synthesis as applied to information retrieval.
  • Understanding of credit management.
  • Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style.
  • Knowledge of operational systems, accounting and process improvement methodologies.

Education

  • Engineering focus on data analyst.
