Main Responsibilities
- Coordinates and delivers small tactical projects with relatively low complexity. The role combines planning, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and project controls. Responsibilities include preparing the team for presenting change proposals, facilitate change proposal meetings, coordinate voting from stakeholders, follow up ECMs to completion throughout weekly meetings, prioritize ECM and handoff to OFP when required.

- Lead a small project team; communicate the necessary outcomes and the direction required to achieve them; coordinate team actions on project tasks; request additional team member support when needed; and identify areas of improvement to build the capability of the team.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support the development of effective working relationships for projects and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing issue logs.
- Conduct workshops if needed and other activities to support the completion of project goals
- Draft documentation to support handover to business (OFP) as usual. Contribute to post-project reviews and identification of lessons learned.
- Ensures accountability. Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Communicates effectively. Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Manages complexity. Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
