Main Responsibilities
- Will work in a team environment, sharing work and the group is responsible for All US/CA JDF retail incentive management for all market segments, Ag, Turf, Golf, C&F and Agribusiness. Incentive work linked to all JDF product lines Installment, Lease, Turf Revolving Plan, Power Plan, Multi-Use Account.
- Works closely with corresponding JDF marketing contacts Ag, Turf, Golf, C&F, Agribusiness to interpret & translate needs & incentive requirements to ensure the incentive program is built as written & designed within the structure of MARS, Incentive Component, Merchant Toolkit & Other JDF Systems.
- Executes & maintains all system phases during the implementation of Company incentive programs. This Includes loading, maintaining, updating, & correcting incentive programs
- Ensures quality of loading & that incentives are administered within systems as intended. This team is the primary contact center for answering difficult questions or resolving critical dealer, customer, merchant or sponsor issues related to retail finance incentives plus terms and conditions.
