Main Responsabilities
Perform inventory audits to distributors in Mexico and Latin America and report results to the A&T and C&F divisions, perform unit deferrals as well as perform unit monitoring due when sold.
What Skills You Need
- Performs Collection process for Due When Sold machines.
- Provides training and support to the dealer regarding the inventory verification process.
- Performs Inventory Verification DSA Process Coordination.
- Schedules Inventory Verifications (IV) for Dealers.
- Supervises dealer Inventory Verification pick-up & closing.
- Reconciles dealer Inventory Verification.
- Prepares, analyzes and reports dealer Inventory Verification results.
- Reviews and approves special finance programs (Deferrals) for A&T equipment.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
Understanding of the Accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.
Ability to use various department specific computer programs.
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Education
- Preferably International Business Bachelor, Bachelor Administration, Economics, any degree in administration.
Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
