Título: Delivery Lead - Indaiatuba/SP - 118202
As a Delivery Lead at John Deere in Indaiatuba/SP, you will be responsible for driving business agility and operational excellence through servant leadership across multiple squads and capability areas. You will utilize a data-driven approach to identify constraints, eliminate waste through value stream visualization, and partner with stakeholders to accelerate speed-to-value. By coaching teams in Agile and Lean principles and leveraging your technical SAP knowledge, you will remove complex impediments, mentor talent, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives within our global IT ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Servant leadership for the teams, site leads, product family, and capability area;
- Coach the adoption of Agile values and principles for teams; adds value through cross functional skill sets (product, DevOps, engineering);
- Effectively uses tools and agile practices to drive out waste, collaborate and continuously improve;
- Drive identification & closure of measurable improvements in speed to value;
- Utilizes data driven approach for constraint identification; primarily based on flow/value stream visualization;
- Partners with stakeholders to create an actionable, measurable, data driven speed to value improvement plan and list of constraints;
- Contributes into a shared backlog of cross product, cross location constraints and impediments to inform next focus areas;
- Help with removing impediments and/or raise impediments to the Action Team;
- Track and monitor metrics with a holistic view of measuring progress toward business agility;
- Create actionable insights using data insights and metrics to drive continuous transformation, priorities and measurable outcomes;
- Precipitate change by bringing forward and articulating new or different ideas at various levels (product team, product family, and associated roadmaps);
- Leans in to learn from the coaching community and acts on feedback to grow and succeed; mentors and teaches others;
- Work with managers and team members to ensure that new team members are successfully onboarded to agile events and team practices.
Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields;
- Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and conduct training sessions);
- Software Engineering knowledge to coordinate and deliver technical solutions;
- Experience working with innovative teams to drive creative solutions and forward-thinking delivery;
- Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Enterprise, coupled with proven experience in implementation, adaptability, and ongoing process improvement;
- Experience in handling multiple teams;
- Demonstrated people management skills and experience in leading Scrum teams, collaborating with key roles, and engaging stakeholders to drive effective team performance;
- Experience creating, executing, and ensuring delivery of Release Plans / Initiatives across multiple teams;
- Demonstrated leadership through a strong track record of guiding and mentoring agile teams to successfully deliver complex initiatives;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, three times a week, in Indaiatuba/SP.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, or equivalent agile certifications;
- Experience that demonstrates you are team-oriented and passionate about developing others' skills and capabilities;
- Experience overcoming roadblocks (technical and business) for teams;
- Experience developing productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders;
- Experience translating technical concepts into non-technical terms;
- Technical knowledge and experience in SAP, Data Analytics, DevOps, and AI;
- Technical knowledge and experience in IT domain, VSMs, waste identification and elimination, Lean, and Six Sigma concepts;
- Information technology experience or background of IT operations domain.
